Shipping Rates

Atalisa Gallery offers worldwide shipping. We deliver worldwide by FedEx Express and domestic orders are handled by JNE express.

Shipping Charges:

  • Indonesia: Free Shipping

  • Southeast Asia & Asia: Flat Rate USD 25

  • Europe, USA, Australia, South America & Africa: Flat Rate USD 40

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing Time

All orders are shipped from Indonesia.

Orders are typically processed, packed, and dispatched within 10–15 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, promotional periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Indonesia: 1–5 business days

  • International Orders: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance procedures, local courier services, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

Atalisa Gallery reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain countries, territories, or regions where delivery services are unavailable, unreliable, restricted by law, or affected by sanctions and logistical limitations.

Taxes, Customs Duties & Import Fees

Product prices displayed on our website include applicable Indonesian taxes where required but exclude customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or related charges imposed by their local authorities.

Atalisa Gallery cannot be held responsible for customs delays, inspections, additional fees, confiscations, or any actions taken by customs authorities.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Atalisa Gallery is committed to customer satisfaction and strives to ensure every customer receives products that meet their expectations.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date provided that:

  • The item remains in its original condition.

  • Original packaging is intact.

  • Original tags remain attached (where applicable).

  • Accessories include all original packaging and components.

  • Footwear is returned with the original shoe box.

  • Items have not been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or modified beyond reasonable inspection.

Some products may have a shorter return window, which will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

Step 1 – Contact Us

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Clear unboxing video showing the condition of the package and item upon receipt

The unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, damaged item, incorrect item, or missing item claims.

Step 2 – Return Authorization

After review, our team will provide return instructions, return address details, and any required shipping information.

Step 3 – Pack the Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging and attach any provided return label over the previous shipping label.

Step 4 – Shipment or Courier Collection

Depending on your location, our courier partner may arrange a pickup, or you may be instructed to ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

The returned item remains the customer's responsibility until it is successfully received by Atalisa Gallery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they contain a manufacturing defect:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene-sensitive products

  • Face covers or similar items once opened

Products protected by hygiene seals, protective linings, or similar protective measures become non-returnable once such protection has been removed.

Products Purchased Through Third Parties

Products purchased through authorized resellers, distributors, marketplaces, wholesale partners, or third-party retailers cannot be returned through Atalisa Gallery.

Please contact the original seller directly regarding their return policy.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged item received

Atalisa Gallery will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

REFUNDS

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after:

  1. The returned item has been received by Atalisa Gallery.

  2. The item passes inspection and meets return eligibility requirements.

Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, refunds cannot be transferred to alternative accounts, cards, or payment methods.

Refund Processing Time

Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 14 business days after approval to appear on your account.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error made by Atalisa Gallery, including defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or replacement item, please contact our Customer Service team before initiating a return.

Availability of replacement items cannot be guaranteed and is subject to stock availability.
